mostly cloudy, upper 50s half moon bay, with even a little bit of patchy drizzle out there this morning. i'll give you a peek at the afternoon highs before i go. 82 in concord. 72 in oakland. 78 for you, redwood city. 84 livermore. and 86 for antioch. that's one of the warmer locations. as we get into the second half of your weekend, i see a tad bit of warming coming our way, but a bigger warmup in the extended forecast. when we'll get back into the 90s for inland communities, coming up. new this morning, one person was rushed to the hospital after shots rang out at a concert in mountain view. ktvu channel 2 reporter katie utehs is live with why police are asking people who are at the wiz khalifa concert to give them a call. >> reporter: good morning, claudine. police are still coming and going here at the shoreline amphitheater. first they want to find the shooter. second, they want to find out how someone was able to get a gun back stage at the concert. let me show you video we found on youtube of wiz khalifa. he's playing shoreline last year to a packed crowd in this video.

last night was also a capacity crowd of some 22,000 fans, according to the mercury news. we've learned the shooting happened around 11:00 back stage. at this point, police have released few details, but they quickly locked down the scene. >> he was transferred to a local hospital. >> reporter: witnesses described the weapon as a black handgun with a large clip, but police say they still need more witnesses to come forward as they piece this together. they would like any pictures of the back stage area as well. as we said, detectives are still on scene this morning. we do have a call in to police to find out the latest on that shooting victim. as you heard, a person was shot multiple times. live in mountain view, katie utehs, ktvu channel 2news. also new this morning, all lanes of southbound 880 in oakland are back open after a

deadly crash involving a motorcycle. it happened just after 3:15 near the haagen burger road off ramp. the motorcyclist lost control of the bike and hit the center divide. officers say he was thrown from the bike and landed in one of the lanes that was then struck by a car. the driver of the vehicle stopped and is cooperating with officers. happening today, a memorial service will be held for a sebastopol man who fell to his death just hours after he proposed to his girlfriend. park rangers say parker was climbing alone last saturday and was not using ropes when he fell. his friends plan to honor him with a panel-out event at the mouth of the russian river at 9:00 this morning in jenner followed by a celebration of life ceremony at ives park in sebastopol. an organization that helps people with developmental disabilities suffered a loss when fire destroyed a truck

filled with donations at the hope services center in santa clara. three trucks full of items were burned. smoke from the fire could be seen from several san jose freeways, including highway 101 and interstate 880. >> three trucks is definitely a big loss because they use these trucks to collect items and food from people around the bay area. >> hope services provides job training to more than 3700 people with developmental disabilities, ranging from autism to downs syndrome. if you would like to make a donation, we have put a link on our website at ktvu.com. firefighters spent the night monitoring hot spots from a fire on mere island in vallejo. the three-alarm fire broke out at 3:30 yesterday afternoon at the alco metal and iron company. several piles of recycled metal caught fire, including washers, dryers and propane water heaters. hazmat teams were called in because of concerns of hazardous materials and

chemicals. residents in the northern part of the city were ordered to shelter in place. >> we actually did some air monitoring and picked up a couple parts per million of chemicals in the air. >> this is the second fire this month to break out on the island. firefighters battled a fire near the metal plant two weeks ago. new developments in the case involving a man who died in an apartment fire in oakland back in march. authorities now say that man may have killed his aunt in the same home a month earlier. the body of 56-year-old richard fang was discovered on march 1st at an apartment complex on 34th avenue. now, police say their investigation determined that fang set himself on fire. his aunt, 77-year-old susan fong, was found dead at the apartment on february 7th. authorities originally suspected she died during a home invasion robbery, but they now suspect that it was fang who killed her. a middle school teacher in danville has been arrested on suspicion of possessing child

pornography. 58-year-old mitchell wolf was arrested at his home yesterday morning. police say wolf's arca after an investigation launched by the silicon valley crimes against children task force. wolf is a 12-year veteran math teacher at diablo vista middle school. >> at this time we have no reason to believe any students are involved, past or present. that certainly is our hope. >> wolf is being held on a million dollar bail. the school district says he is now on paid administrative leave. the city of oakland will celebrate a new technology focused elementary school this weekend. today, aspire public schools will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for its triumph technology academy in oakland. the public charter school system serves mainly low income students from kindergarten through fifth grade and the classes put a heavy focus on digital learning. but students and teachers have to earn their computer time. before computers are placed in a classroom, teachers must demonstrate classroom management and students must

show they can work independently. the redwood city school district is getting more than a million dollars thanks to facebook founder mark zuckerberg and his wife. the grant comes from the nonprofit group called startup education that was founded by zuckerberg. the group wants to donate $120 million to bay area schools. redwood city schools will get $1.6 million. that money is ear marked for ipads and chrome books at hoover and taft elementary schools. the san jose city council is expected to approve tough new restrictions on water next week, after declaring a city- wide water shortage. people living in the city could be asked to cut their water use by 20%. new restrictions will also make it illegal to water lawns or landscaping between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. san jose city council member salmela carto wants to fast track a proposal to use recycled water for drinking. >> recycled water at a very high level of purification can recharge groundwater reservoir supplies to a level that's more

than safe. >> council members say the new rules will help the state comply with drought regulations, but there are currently no plans to fine homeowners who are caught wasting water. officials in contra costa county are holding a free workshop today on how homeowners can replace lawns with drought-resistent landscaping. homeowners can talk to professional landscape designers and receive information on the county's lawn-to-garden rebate program. the event gets under way at 9:00 a.m. at the contra costa water district center in concord. the 49ers say the field at levi's stadium will be ready for tomorrow's preseason game against the san diego chargers. the grounds crew installed a temporary turf yesterday. that sod will be removed after tomorrow's game and then crews will lay down a more permanent turf. the team says it still does not know exactly why the original field did not last. the 49ers sent soil samples to a lab for evaluation. now, we did talk to a grass expert and the new sod is heavier and thicker and should provide more stability.

. there is a sense of calm in ferguson, missouri this morning as tensions between police and protesters subside following the shooting of 18-year-old michael brown. a small stream of protesters marched peacefully in the st. louis suburb last night. police say instead of confrontations, several people stopped to talk to officers one on one. brown was shot and killed on august 9th by a ferguson police officer, darren wilson. >> i continue to see more and more citizens and police officers making eye contact, smiling at one another, and shaking hands. good things happen when people calmly interact, and that is what's happening. >> a funeral for brown will be held on monday. a crowd-funded web page created for the officer who shot and killed michael brown has stopped accepting donations. the site raised about $235,000 for darren wilson, reaching the organizer's goal in just four days. the site says all of the proceeds will be sent directly to wilson for any financial needs he may have, including legal fees.

now, at the height of the sometimes violent protests in ferguson, one business owner says he refused to close his doors. davis bought the ferguson burger bar and opened for business the day before michael brown was shot and killed. most businesses did close down during the protests that followed, but davis stayed open at night, even when he could see tear gas in his parking lot. >> opening up is letting them know, look, i'm here. i'm not going anywhere. i don't care what you do. if you break the windows, i'm going to board them up. if you steal my food, i'll go buy more. >> davis says looters and vandals ripped through some of the stores around him, but his business was left alone. a bay area sheriffs deputy is performing a one-man show in berkeley that touches on the relationship between police and the african american community. >> the greatest purveyor of violence on the planet earth as we know it is the government of the united states of america!

>> the man goes by the stage name piper. during his performance of "cops & robbers," he plays 17 characters. he says he wrote the play two years ago as a way to get the black community and the police to start listening to each other. >> we don't talk about the racial profiling of american citizens, because someone calls the police. >> piper says he hopes his play will reach a broad audience, including young people, inmates, and policy makers. he will be performing at berkeley's marsh theater tonight at 8:30 and again the first two weekends in september. the new film about de la salle football is hoping to score with audiences this weekend. when the game stands tall is opening nationwide in nearly 2200 movie theaters. it stars jim cop sell and laura dern, based on the school's 151- game winning streak.

movie insiders estimate the film will earn between 8 to $10 million just this weekend. a sacramento man lost in the sierra for five days is now back home, thanks to some quick thinking and some pine needles. mikeville vilhaur was on a mission to catch fish when he headed to the alpine county about a week ago. when nothing was biting, he went off in search of crickets, and that's when he got lost. >> every time i would walk up one ridge and go up the mountain and think there's the lake, there would be nothing. >> he says he made a shelter out of pine needles and when he saw the helicopters overhead, he used even more pine needles to write out the word "help" in 8-foot letters. on sunday, rescuers spotted him and brought him to safety. they told him there aren't any fish in the lake where he had gone fishing. well, countless celebrities and people across the nation have participated in the ice bucket challenge, but taking part has special meaning for

clouds that have rolled into the east bay. very widespread once again. it's going to pull away and we'll be left with sunshine for the second half of the morning and into the afternoon, where it is going to remain cloudy for today right along the coastline. no surprise, right? we continue with this quiet weather pattern. we have a trough over the western u.s. we have a ridge of high pressure off in the pacific. we are nestled, just very comfortable in between for us, as we get into the afternoon, temperatures back into the mid to upper 80s for warmer locations. little change in the forecast for today. the morning clouds, afternoon sunshine, onshore breeze with us and temperatures ranging in the low 60s at the coast, 70s around the bay. mid to perhaps a few upper 80s for our inland communities. right now, 60 degrees in livermore. 55 in concord. 59 in napa. 57 at san francisco. lot of gray out there. partly cloudy skies reported in areas like concord, as well as antioch. livermore, mostly cloudy at this time around the bay, along the coast, even a little bit of patchy drizzle this morning.

. there are new concerns this morning about the ebola

outbreak. the african country ivory coast shut its borders with liberia in an attempt to prevent the outbreak from spreading to its territory. the world health organization is also expressing concern with what doctors call an invisible case load of infected people. the organization points to clinics that recently opened in liberia and were immediately overwhelmed by ebola patients who were not previously identified. the son of an american woman who recovered from the virus is crediting the experimental drug used. >> in one way or another, in life or death, it was worth a try. if that helps and the research through that help other people understand how to defeat ebola and help other people, then go for it. >> right now, officials estimate there could be 2500 ebola cases in west africa. 1300 people have so far died. a san francisco startup is joining in the search to find a cure for ebola.

the chronicle reports the company onco synergy is looking into whether its experimental drug can fight the virus. onco synergy was founded in 2011 and has ties to ucsf. it is raising funds to test whether the drug can block ebola from in effecting human cells. some doctors are skeptical, calling the drug's chances against the virus a long shot. hackers may have accessed the records of as many as 25,000 employees of the homeland security department. officials say the records were exposed after someone broke into a computer used by a federal contractor that handles security clearances. the department has contacted employees who are affected by the breach. private contractors perform background checks on more than two-thirds of government workers with security clearances. well, more than a thousand retailers have also been warned that hackers could be stealing customer data from cash register computers. the government is asking businesses to scan their point of sale systems for malicious software, known as back off. the warning comes after ups

announced computers in 51 of its stores were infected with the back off virus. malware was found in two stores in san francisco area. ups is offering free identity protection and credit monitoring to any affected customers. a bakersfield man says for just $50, he bought a document with president abraham lincoln's signature and he says that document is worth tens of thousands of dollars. cameron gephardt owns gold & silver trading company. he says he never knows what sort of items will come into his store and says he was stunned when a man walked into his store last month, holding a piece of paper that he claimed was signed by president lincoln. >> you know, i took a gamble on it. i really did. i, i bought it and i thought, you know, if it isn't real, it might look all right just hanging on the wall. >> gephardt now says the document is worth between 20,000 and $50,000 at auction. he plans on displaying it in his store, but also says he would be willing to sell it at

a shooting at the shoreline amphitheater, it happened around 11:00 last night after the concert. a man was shot several times back stage and are asking any witnesses who may have cell phone video or pictures of the shooting scene to contact them. no arrests have been made. coming up at 8:00, katy will have more on the investigation into how a gun made it into that concert venue. 77-year-old co-owner of a petaluma slaughter house is pleading guilty. they say robert singleton and three others sold meat from more than 100 condemned cows, and those cows infected with eye cancer. he pled guilty and agreed to work with prosecutors against the other three defendants. prosecutors claim workers at the slaughter house waited until inspectors were on lunch breaks to process the diseased meat. lawyers for the accused

boston marathon bomber are asking a federal judge to dismiss the indictments. prosecutors say -- killing three people and injuring more than 260 others. now, the defense attorneys say there were substance violations in the selection of grand juries, including the grand jury that handed down the indictment specifically, the lawyers say african-americans and people over the age of 70 were under represented. the family of journalist james foley is now questioning u.s. policy to not pay ransom for kidnapped u.s. citizens. foley was beheaded by eyist militants -- eyist militants earlier this week. we have more on what the family and political experts are saying about the refusal to pay the ransom. >> reporter: in the day before the release of the video showing james foley beheading, isis sent

will take part in air strikes against isis militants. the strike group includes a dyed missile cruiser and destroyer. it played a role in the killing of saddam hussein. lawsuit claims that police used excessive force when an officer shot 28-year-old alejandro nieto in bernal heights. officer were responding to 911 calls about a man with a gun, and opened fire at nieto aimed a taser. but his family says he carried the taser for his job at a security guard. >> we know the truth. alejandro nieto never pointed any taser. that is a flat-out lie. had. >> more than 100 people marched to the federal court hours house for the filing of that lawsuit. nieto family is also calling for a federal investigation into the

shooting. the district attorney's office session it is wait -- says it is waiting on a medical examiner's report. two fairfield police officers are under investigation for allegedly searches the internet nor dates while at work. they are also accused of using confidential law enforcement data bases to screen the women they found appealing. they say the supervisors were first alerted to the allegations against the officers in june. according to the reporting, they spent hours on dating websites like e marm any, and match.com, while -- harmony, and match.com. >> i feel like it's an abuse of power, like using using it for r own personal gain. >> fairfield offices used a police issued computer to look up the women on a data base that connected to the dmv, and state and federal records. for now, both men remain assigned to their regular duties. san jose mayor chuck reid

and officials from the department of justice are talking about ways to combat gang violence. they have been visit everything programs to see how the -- visiting programs to receive how the city is intervening. they met with the mayor yesterday as part of the national forum on youth violence prevention. san jose is one of nine cities participating in the forum. california lawmakers passed two begun -- gun related bills. to -- the bill now heads to governor brown. in the assembly, members have approved a bill to track ammunition, by requiring sellers to be licensed and buyers to pass background checks. that bill passed 42-26. the area is filled with visitors on weekends and worry the bus stops will have a negative impact on the environment.

motorcycle. it happened just after 3:15 near the haagenberger road off ramp. the motorcyclist lost control of the bike and hit the center divide. he was thrown from the bike and landed in one of the lanes where he was then hit by a car. the driver of that vehicle stopped at the scene and is cooperating with police. happening now, a memorial service for a sebastopol man who fell to his death just hours after proposing to his girlfriend. 36-year-old brad parker was an avid rock climber, surfer, yoga instructor and chef. park rangers say parker was climbing alone last saturday and was not using ropes when he fell. right now, his friends are honoring him with a surfboard paddle-out event at the mouth of the russian river in jenner. afterwards, there will be a celebration of life ceremony at a park in sebastopol. an organization that helps people with developmental disabilities suffered a major loss when a fire burned trucks and bins full of donations. the fire broke out yesterday afternoon behind the hope

monitoring and picked up a couple parts per million of chemicals in the air. >> this is the second fire this month to break out on the eye land. firefighters battled a four- alarm fire near the metal plant two weeks ago. new developments in a case involving a man who died in an apartment fire in oakland back in march. authorities now say the man may have killed his aunt in the same home a month earlier. the body of 56-year-old richard fang was discovered on march 1st at an apartment complex on 34th avenue. police determined their investigation determined that fang set himself on fire. his aunt, 77-year-old susan fong, was found dead at the apartment on february 7th. authorities originally suspected that she died during a home invasion robbery, but now suspect that it was fang who killed her. a middle school teacher in danville has been arrested on suspicion of possessing child pornography. 58-year-old mitchell wolf was arrested at his home yesterday

a beautiful start to your morning. closer to the coast, around the bay, we have gray skies, mostly sunny for the afternoon away from the coastline today, but for the bay and into the north bay, it's going to take a little while. we have this trough over the western states. that's keeping our temperatures relatively mild at least for this time of year. we have a ridge of high pressure that will be building in in the coming days. so i think by tuesday and wednesday, a notable warmup coming our way, but between now and then, we just will continue with the very comfortable pattern. temperatures remaining in the low 60s at the coast, 70s around the bay. mid to upper 80s for our warmer locations expected for today. all in all, it's going to be a nice one for most of us. it is cloudy, going to remain a little bit cool in areas like pacifica and half moon bay. can't shake the clouds for today. 59 in santa rosa right now. upper 50s in san francisco. low 60s in oakland. concord, 64 degrees right now. san jose, looking at 63.

. there are new concerns this morning about the ebola outbreak in africa. the ivory coast has shut its borders with liberia and guinea in an attempt to prevent the outbreak from spreading. the world health organization is also concerned with what doctors are calling an invisible case load of infected people. the organization points to clinics that recently opened in liberia and were immediately overwhelmed by ebola patients who had not been previously identified. the son of an infected american woman says an experimental drug is behind her recovery. >> in life or death, one way or another, it was worth a shot, worth a try. if that helped and the research through that helps other people understand how to defeat ebola and help other people, then go for it. >> right now, officials estimate there could be 2500 ebola cases in west africa. 1300 people have died. a san francisco startup is joining in the search to find a

cure for ebola. the chronicle reports that the company onco synergy is looking into whether its experimental cancer drug can fight the ebola virus. onco synergy was founded in 2011 and does have ties to ucsf. it is raising funds to test whether the drug can block ebola from infecting human cells. some doctors are skeptical, calling the drug's chances against the virus a long shot. san jose mayor chuck reid and officials from the department of justice are talking about ways to combat gang violence in that city. federal officials have been visiting programs in san jose to see how the city is working to prevent and intervene with using gang violence. they met with the mayor yesterday as part of the national forum on youth violence protection and prevention. san jose is one of nine cities participating in the forum. hackers may have accessed the records of as many as 25,000 employees of the homeland security department. officials say the records were exposed after someone tapped into a computer used by a

federal contractor that uses security clearances. the department has contacted employees who are affected by the breach. private contractors perform background checks on more than two-thirds of government workers with security clearances. and more than a thousand retailers have also been warned that hackers could be stealing customer data from cash register computers. the government is asking businesses to scan their point of sale systems for malicious software known as backoff. the warning comes after ups announced that computers in 51 of its stores were infected with the backoff virus. malware was found in two stores in the bay area, including the ups on crescent drive in pleasant hill and the west campbell avenue store in campbell. a bakersfield man says for just $50, he bought a document with president abraham lincoln's signature. he says the document is worth tens of thousands of dollars. cameron gephardt owns the gold and silver trading company and he says he never knows what sort of items will come into his store. he says he was stunned when a man walked into the store last month holding a piece of paper that he claimed was signed by

shot multiple times. police locked down that back stage area. >> it's a crime scene, so we did lock it down. we are talking to individuals who were present and who are witnesses of the crime. >> reporter: witnesses describe the weapon as a black handgun with a large clip. there were only vague suspect descriptions. a major question at this point is how did the weapon make it past security. police say they still need more witnesses to come forward. they would like any pictures of the back stage area as well. now, we are working to learn more updates from police regarding the victim's identity. we were told overnight that it was a man who was shot multiple times. of course there is only a certain amount of people in that vip area. the concert last night involved wiz khalifa and bay area artists. we are working to obtain an update from police regarding the identity of that man shot and killed last night. live in mountain view, katie

utehs, ktvu channel 2news. a 16-year-old boy will be tried as an adult in connection with a deadly shooting in san jose. police say carlos vargas is the second person charged with murder in the july 28th shooting of 22-year-old david escola. vargas was in juvenile hall on unrelated charges police linked him to the escola case. police are still searching for a third suspect. the 77-year-old co-owner of a petaluma slaughterhouse linked to a massive recall is pleading guilty to selling diseased meat. prosecutors say he sold meat from more than 100 condemned cows. singleton pleaded guilty yesterday and agreed to work with prosecutors against the other three defendants in the case. prosecutors claim workers at the slaughterhouse waited until inspectors were on lunch breaks

to process the diseased meat. we are getting a look at surveillance video of a state senator taking a sobriety test. ben waso walked the line early yesterday morning, after chp officers spotted him driving the wrong way on a one-way street in downtown sacramento. the highway patrol says the 44- year-old democrat was driving alone in a state-owned car. >> the officer contacted the driver, who was displaying signs of intoxication. he then performed a driving under the influence evaluation and determined the driver to be impaired and unable to safely operate a motor vehicle. >> waso was charged with dui. officials did not reveal his blood alcohol level, but say it was more than 0.08. he's the fourth state senator to be arrested this year, including san francisco's leland yee. the other three have all been suspended from office. lawyers for the accused boston marathon bomber are asking a federal judge to dismiss the indictments, citing conflict over jury selection.

prosecutors say the tsarnaev brothers planted the bombs. now defense attorneys say there were substantial violations in the selection of grand juries, including the grand jury that handed down the indictment. specifically, lawyers say african americans and people over the age of 70 were underrepresented. the family of an american journalist who was beheaded in iraq is questioning u.s. policy of refusing to pay ransom for citizens who are kidnapped. james foley was beheaded by isis militants earlier this week, after the terrorist group demanded more than $100 million for his release. foley's brother has questioned the policy, but analysts say it is unlikely the white house will consider any changes. >> really, really hope that in some way, jim's death pushes us to take another look at our approach, our policy to terrorists and hostage

coworkers appear to have become sick. the family of a san francisco man killed in an officer-involved shooting has filed a lawsuit in federal court. the lawsuit claims police used excessive force when a san francisco police officer shot 28-year-oldal han doe near row in march. police say officers were responding to a 911 call about a man with a gun and opened fire after they say the suspect aimed a taser at them. but the man's family says he carried a taser as part of a security job and denied he pointing it at police. >> we know the truth. he nevered any taser! that is a flat-out lie! >> more than a hundred people marched to the federal courthouse in san francisco for the filing of that lawsuit. the family is also calling for federal investigation into the shooting. the district attorney's office says it is waiting on a medical examiner's report before commenting on the investigation.

we're following developing news in pittsburgh. just a few minutes ago, contra costa county firefighters have gotten a fire at a carl's jr. restaurant under control. firefighters say the fire started in the fryer. no injuries have been reported. 170 migrant farm workers are now high school graduates. last night, friends and family cheered on the the new graduates at a ceremony in fresno. the students were able to get their ged's through a federally- funded program that also helps job placement and citizenship preparation. before starting the program, many of the graduates said they didn't even know how to speak english.

marijuana market with pot- infused soda and coffee drinks. the new line of drinks is called legal. some marijuana dispensaries in washington will start selling the sodas on monday. the pot-infused coffee drinks are on hold for now until the state gives the green light. relief could be coming to commuters who have been stuck in traffic jams the past two fridays on the richmond-san rafael bridge. four months ago, the toll authority eliminated one of the four lanes. backups have been bad the past two fridays. >> we know how bad the traffic is the public is suffering. we'll review it. >> a spokesman says the best solution is to go out and get fast track, but we've learned there is a good chance the toll authority will hire a fourth toll taker as early as next friday. the same small blue jelly

is filled with visitors on the weekend. they worry the bus stops will have an impact on the environment, as well as increase traffic congestion. there's a lawsuit seeking an injunction to stop construction of those bus stops. a 10-year-old boy from kansas is spending the last few days of summer in the board room as ceo of his own company. >> the joy of people earning is one of the things that we take pride in. >> i love the swivel there in the chair. jack jones runs jr jones management group, a company that buys and sells text books online. right now, the small business consists of jack and four other employees all around the same age. the 10-year-old marketing director of the company says the whole thing is run like a large corporation. >> i'm always, like, jack, is there something i can do? anything i can do, i can make a phone call, run back to the house to do something, if you need me to grab something. >> well, jack says he's been running the company for the past two years. he says the only thing that frustrates him is when potential customers don't take

. in just a few minutes from now, the chp and east bay parks officials will hold a biking and pedestrian safety event in fremont. officers will be checking to see that bikers and pedestrians are obeying traffic laws and inspecting bikes and helmets. the event starts at 10:00 in oak park. a $60 million from the state has been granted for improvements. $2.5million will be used for pedestrian and lighting sidewalk repair project on

international boulevard. another 3.6 million will be allocated for a bicycle and pedestrian path along with arthur boulevard from high street to seminary avenue. officials say the path will make walking and bicycling safer near mills college. >> just kind of overgrown with stuff and it's not very wide or feels very safe. traffic is kind of crazy. >> the projects are expected to take about two years to complete. well, 2 investigates found a gas station in oakland may be charging drivers for gas they did not pump. a viewer posted this picture on ktvu's facebook page. you can see the gas pump is going up ever so slowly, but steadily, even though gas wasn't being pumped out. the pump is overcharging drivers, but the mistake may not be intentional. >> pump really needs -- shouldn't have that creep in there. it is a failure and it should be held off sale. >> the station says the pump has been taken out of service.
